I was living in a place in Columbia Heights with really high walls so I bought an overhead projector and projected stuff from my sketchbook.

A coffee shop in Brooklyn has wallpaper made out of an old newspaper from DC.
There is this beat-up car that always parks next to Duke Ellington's old house on 13th Street. One day I was walking by and the old man driving it asked me to move the cones that were in his parking space. In return he tipped his fedora to me.
